ICON Vehicle Dynamics

The ICON 7" suspension system for 2008–2010 Super Duty trucks delivers substantial lift for 37" tires while maintaining towing capability and improving on- and off-road ride quality. The system is engineered as an integrated package to increase wheel travel, reduce body roll, and provide a refined, durable suspension solution.

  • Lift: 7" front, 5" rear
  • Springs: Dual-rate 7" coil springs front; 5" progressive-rate rear leaf springs with U-bolts
  • Shocks: 2.5" Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks front and rear with serviceable design and included CDC valve upgrade for external ride tuning
  • Radius Arms: Fabricated, fully boxed radius arms with sealed pivot bushings for reduced road feedback, long life, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock
  • Steering & Alignment: Forged pitman arm, track bar drop bracket, and correctly positioned steering and track bar components
  • Additional Hardware: Bump stop extensions, sway bar links, brake line brackets
  • Durability: Shock cylinders utilize one-piece impact-extruded aluminum for corrosion resistance and consistent finish
  • Compatibility: No general driveshaft modifications required for stock vehicles; retains factory block to maintain level stance

Notes

  • OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes
  • 37" x 12.50" tires fit; larger tires may require fender trimming and other modifications
  • Springs are rated for diesel engines only
  • May require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit in some installations
  • Not applicable on vehicles equipped with a manual transmission
  • 2008 and newer Super Duty models with gas engines may require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft
  • Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for stock-equipped vehicles
  • Ships in multiple boxes
