ICON 7" Stage 4 Suspension System — 2008–2010 Super Duty

ICON's 7" Stage 4 Suspension System for 2008–2010 Super Duty trucks provides substantial lift and refined on- and off-road ride quality while retaining towing capability. The system is engineered to clear 37" tires and to work as a complete, matched suspension solution that increases wheel travel and reduces body roll without requiring driveshaft modifications.

• Lift: 7" front lift, rear 5" progressive-rate leaf springs
• Springs: Dual-rate coil springs up front; progressive design leaf pack in the rear
• Shocks: 2.5" Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir front and rear shocks — one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance, cooler operating temperatures, and consistent damping
• Brackets & Hardware: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets with brushed stainless badges, track bar drop bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar drop brackets, and brake line brackets
• Steering: Forged pitman arm and correctly positioned steering and track bar components
• Compatibility: No driveshaft modifications needed; retains factory block for a level rear stance when specified

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes
• 37" x 12.50" tires recommended (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required)
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only
• Not applicable on vehicles equipped with a manual transmission
• Pinch weld on ’05–’10 Super Duty radius arms may come in contact with radius arm drop bracket hardware
• 7" systems using a 4-link in place of the factory radius arms do not require the use of alignment cams; caster can be adjusted by the lower link arms
• ’08 and newer Super Duty models with gas engines may need the exhaust modified to clear the front driveshaft
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
• Retains factory block for truck to sit level with the front of the truck
