ICON 7" Suspension System — 2008–2010 Super Duty

The ICON 7" Suspension System for 2008–2010 Super Duty trucks increases wheel travel and ride comfort while maintaining towing capacity. Engineered for both on- and off-road performance, this Stage 3 system provides the lift required to clear 37" tires and improved control across varied terrain.

• Main components: 7" lift dual-rate coil springs, fabricated radius arm drop mounts with brushed stainless badges, track bar drop bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, forged pitman arm, brake line brackets, rear 5" lift progressive-rate leaf springs with U-bolts, and 2.5 Aluminum Series smooth-body IFP front & rear shocks.
• Ride and performance: Increased wheel travel and improved ride quality with no change in towing capacity; decreased body roll.
• Shocks: Match-tuned 2.5 Series IFP shocks with one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish; shocks are fully serviceable.
• Chassis and steering: Heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets and correctly positioned steering and track bar components for reliable handling.
• Rear suspension: Progressive-design leaf pack for a smooth, compliant ride while retaining load capability.
• Installation: No driveshaft modifications needed; retains factory block to sit level with the front of the truck.

• OEM wheels and tires fit.
• Recommended tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and modifications).
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Not applicable on vehicles equipped with a manual transmission.
• Pinch weld on 2005–2010 Super Duty radius arms may contact radius arm drop bracket hardware.
• 7" systems using a 4-link in place of the factory radius arms do not require alignment cams; caster can be adjusted by the lower link arms.
• 2008 and newer Super Duty models with gas engines may require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft.
• Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
