ICON 7" Suspension System for 2008–2010 Super Duty (Stage 2)

The ICON 7" Suspension System for 2008–2010 Super Duty trucks delivers increased wheel travel, improved ride comfort, and lift clearance for 37" tires while maintaining towing capacity. Engineered components work together to provide refined on- and off-road performance and long-term durability.

• Lift and clearance: 7" front lift designed to clear 37" tires without modifying the driveshaft.
• Ride quality: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs matched with 2.0 Aluminum Series smooth body shocks for balanced on- and off-road performance.
• Reduced body roll: Improved handling and stability through tuned spring and shock combinations.
• Heavy-duty hardware: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets, track bar drop bracket, forged pitman arm, and reinforced mounting hardware.
• Steering and alignment: Correctly positioned steering and track bar components to preserve steering geometry.
• Rear suspension: 5" rear lift progressive-rate leaf springs with U-bolts for a smooth, compliant ride.
• Shock construction: Hard-anodized aluminum shock body with 5/8" polished nitro-steel shaft; shocks are fully serviceable.
• Additional components: Bump stop extensions, sway bar links, brake line brackets, and brushed stainless radius arm badges.
• No driveshaft modifications needed: Designed to work with stock drivetrain in most applications.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Not applicable on vehicles equipped with a manual transmission.
• Pinch weld on '05–'10 Super Duty radius arms may contact radius arm drop bracket hardware.
• 7" systems using a 4-link in place of the factory radius arms do not require alignment cams; caster can be adjusted by the lower link arms.
• 2008+ Super Duty models with gas engines may require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Retains factory block for the truck to sit level front-to-back.
