ICON 7" Suspension System — 2008-2010 Super Duty

ICON Vehicle Dynamics engineered this 7" suspension system to increase wheel travel and ride comfort while maintaining towing capacity for 2008–2010 Super Duty trucks. The Stage 1 system provides clearance for up to 37" tires and is designed so each component works together to maximize on- and off-road performance.

• Lift: 7" front and rear
• Coil springs: ICON engineered dual rate coil springs
• Shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series smooth-body front & rear shocks with hard anodized aluminum bodies and 5/8" polished chrome-plated shafts
• Front components: fabricated radius arm drop mounts with brushed stainless badges, track bar drop bracket, forged pitman arm, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, brake line brackets
• Rear components: 6" lift blocks with U-bolts
• Ride & handling: increased wheel travel and improved ride quality, decreased body roll, correctly positioned steering and track bar components
• Installation: no driveshaft modifications needed

• OEM wheels & tires fitment: yes
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" w/ 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9" w/ 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset; 20x9" w/ 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)

Notes:

• Springs are rated for diesel engines only
• Not applicable on vehicles equipped with a manual transmission
• Pinch weld on 2005–2010 Super Duty radius arms may come in contact with radius arm drop bracket hardware
• 7" systems using a 4-link in place of the factory radius arms do not require the use of alignment cams; caster can be adjusted by the lower link arms
• 2008 and newer Super Duty models with gas engines may need the exhaust modified to clear the front driveshaft
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
• Rear add-a-leaf required for truck to sit level when using the 6" block included in the kit
