ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7" Stage 5 Suspension System for 2017-2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7" Stage 5 suspension system lifts 2017–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks while significantly improving on-road and off-road ride quality and performance. Designed for towing, job-site duty, and extreme off-road use, the system is a complete package with springs, progressive leafs, 4-link geometry, adjustable hardware, and high-performance shocks.

• Fitment: 2017–2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD
• Lift: Approximately 7" front lift (varies by model year and package; see notes)
• Spring system: ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs and progressive leaf springs for improved control and ride without reducing towing capacity
• 4-Link kit: Replaces factory radius arms to eliminate suspension bind during articulation and maintain positive caster through travel
• Steering: Adjustable track bar included to maintain proper alignment and handling
• Steering control: Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit for improved steering feel and control
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks with CDC valve offering 10-click compression adjustability; shocks are fully serviceable and revalvable
• Corrosion resistance: One-piece impact-extruded aluminum shock cylinders
• Hardware: Includes necessary installation hardware and components

Recommended wheel and tire guidance

• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset)
• Maximum recommended tire: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and additional modifications)

Notes

• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• This system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit for proper driveline clearance.
• 4-Link configuration does not require the use of alignment cams; caster can be adjusted via the lower link arms.
• Some gas-engine Super Duty models may require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• The factory rear block must be used in conjunction with ICON leaf springs for the truck to sit level.
• The OEM stabilizer may not be compatible with the drag link flip required by this kit.
• Front lift heights vary by model year and equipment:
  • 2017–2019 Super Duty models: approximately 7.0" front lift over stock.
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty models without Tremor package: approximately 7.75" front lift over stock; may require taller rear blocks or springs to sit level.
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty models with Tremor package: approximately 6.75" front lift over stock; may require taller rear blocks or springs to sit level.
• An optional brake line kit is available for users who prefer not to bend the factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade; it is not necessary for a complete install.
• May require taller rear blocks to achieve a level stance depending on vehicle configuration.
