ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7" Stage 4 Suspension System for 2017-2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD

This ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7" Stage 4 suspension system lifts 2017-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks while improving on-road comfort and off-road capability. Designed for towing, job site duty, and hardcore off-road use, the system includes dual-rate coil springs, progressive leaf springs, a 4-link kit, adjustable track bar, dual opposing steering stabilizers, ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir front and rear shocks, fabricated radius arms, FK rod end bearings, and all necessary installation hardware.

• Fits: 2017-2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD
• Lift: Up to 7" front lift (model-dependent) with approximately 5" rear raise
• Suspension components: ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs and progressive leaf springs for improved control and ride quality
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks — vehicle-specific tune, fully rebuildable and revalvable, one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance
• Radius arms: Fabricated, fully boxed radius arms with sealed pivot bushings to minimize road feedback, increase strength, and optimize tire clearance at full steering lock
• Steering and control: 4-link kit, adjustable track bar, and dual opposing steering stabilizer kit
• Durability: FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection
• Clearance: Engineered profile allows clearance for up to 37" tall tires without contacting the radius arm (vehicle dependent)

Fitment & Lift Specifications

• Front lift (2017–2019): 7.0" over stock
• Front lift (2020–2022 without Tremor): 7.75" over stock (may require taller rear blocks or springs to sit level)
• Front lift (2020–2022 with Tremor): 6.75" over stock (may require taller rear blocks or springs to sit level)
• Rear raise: Approximately 5.0" (may require taller rear blocks to achieve a level stance)
• Tire fitment: Up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or additional modifications)
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes:
  • 17x8.5" with 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset
  • 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
  • 20x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
• OEM wheels & tires: Fit with this system

Notes

• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• This system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit.
• ’08–current Super Duty models with gas engines may need exhaust modified to clear the front driveshaft.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Factory block must be used in conjunction with ICON leaf springs for the truck to sit level.
• OEM stabilizer does not work with the required drag link flip on this kit.
• Brake line kit is optional for users who do not want to bend factory steel lines or who prefer a braided stainless upgrade (not necessary for a complete install).
• May require taller rear blocks to achieve a level stance.
