ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7" Stage 4 Suspension System

This 7" Stage 4 suspension system lifts 2017–2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD models while improving ride quality and overall performance for on-road, towing, job site duty, and off-road use. The system is supplied as a complete package including coil springs, progressive leaf springs, a 4-link kit, adjustable track bar, dual opposing steering stabilizer, front and rear piggyback reservoir shocks, and all necessary installation hardware.

• Front travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock
• Coil springs: ICON-engineered dual rate coil springs for improved vehicle control over varying terrain
• Leaf springs: Progressive leaf springs that enhance ride quality without reducing towing capacity
• 4-Link system: Eliminates binding during articulation and maintains positive caster through the entire range of travel
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving; fully rebuildable and revalvable
• Construction: 2.5 one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish
• Hardware: FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection
• Warranties: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sag and against fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect

Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes
• Recommended wheel size: 17x8.5" with 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset (other wheel sizes listed for reference)
• Recommended tire size: Up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and modifications)
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only
• This system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit
• 7" systems using a 4-link in place of the factory radius arms do not require alignment cams; caster can be adjusted by the lower link arms
• 2008–current Super Duty models with gas engines may need the exhaust modified to clear the front driveshaft
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
• Factory block must be used in conjunction with the leaf springs for the truck to sit level
• OEM stabilizer does not work with the required drag link flip on this kit
• 2017–2019 Super Duty models: front lift height of 7" over stock
• 2020–2022 Super Duty models without Tremor package: front lift height of 7.75" over stock; may require taller rear blocks with springs to sit level
• 2020–2022 Super Duty models with Tremor package: front lift height of 6.75" over stock; may require taller rear blocks with springs to sit level
• Rear raise height: approximately 5" (may require taller rear blocks to achieve a level stance)
• Brake line kit (part #61110) is optional for users who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade (not required for complete install)
