ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7" Stage 3 Suspension System — 2017-2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD

This ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7" Stage 3 suspension system raises and refines the ride and performance of 2017–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks for on-road, towing, job site duty, and off-road use. The complete kit is engineered and tested as a system to deliver increased wheel travel, improved control, and long-term durability.

• Fitment: 2017–2022 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications
• Front wheel travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock
• Coil springs: ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs for improved vehicle control over varying terrain
• Leaf springs: Progressive leaf springs that improve ride quality without reducing towing capacity
• Geometry correction: Radius arm drop brackets to correct geometry and caster for optimal alignment
• Steering & stability: Adjustable track bar and dual opposing steering stabilizer kit
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tuning; fully rebuildable and revalvable
• Shock construction: One-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: up to 37" x 12.50"; larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and modifications.
• 2020 and newer Super Duty models have a lower factory ride height than 2017–2019 trucks, resulting in approximately 0.75" additional lift height over ICON's advertised numbers for some model years.
• Front raise heights by model/configuration:
  • 2017–2019 Super Duty: front lift height ~7.0" over stock.
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty without Tremor package: front lift height ~7.75" over stock (may require taller rear blocks or springs to sit level).
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty with Tremor package: front lift height ~6.75" over stock (may require taller rear blocks or springs to sit level).
• Rear raise height: approximately 5.0"; some installations may require taller rear blocks or spring adjustments to achieve a level stance.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• This system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit (part number 33700) for proper driveline alignment.
• ‘08–current Super Duty models with gas engines may need exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• A factory block must be used in conjunction with ICON leaf springs for the truck to sit level.
• The OEM stabilizer does not work with the required drag link flip on this kit.
• Brake line kit (part number 61110) is optional for users who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or who prefer a braided stainless upgrade; it is not required for a complete install.
