ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7" Stage 1 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7" Stage 1 suspension system is designed to lift 2017-2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD Super Duty trucks while improving ride quality and towing performance. Suited for on-road and towing use plus mild off-road duty, the system is supplied as a complete package with springs, shocks, brackets, steering components and all necessary hardware.

• Fitment: 2017-2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD
• Front lift: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock
• Coil springs: ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs for improved control over varying terrain
• Leaf springs: Progressive rear leaf springs to enhance ride quality without reducing towing capacity
• Geometry correction: Radius arm drop brackets to correct geometry and caster for optimal alignment
• Shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune; fully rebuildable and revalvable; corrosion-resistant anodized bodies with 5/8" shaft
• Steering & control: Adjustable track bar and dual opposing steering stabilizer kit
• Hardware: Includes required FK rod end bearings and all installation hardware
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sag and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Recommended aftermarket tires: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• This system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit (33700).
• ’08–current Super Duty models with gas engines may need the exhaust modified to clear the front driveshaft.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Factory block must be used in conjunction with ICON leaf springs for the truck to sit level.
• OEM stabilizer does not work with the required drag link flip on this kit.
• Brake line kit (Part #61110) is optional for users who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade (not required for installation).
• Ships in multiple boxes.
• May require taller rear blocks to achieve a level stance.
• Lift heights by model/year:
  • 2017–2019 Super Duty: Front raise ~7.0" over stock, Rear raise 5.0". Up to 37" x 12.50" tires.
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty without Tremor package: Front raise ~7.75" over stock, Rear raise 5.0%. May require taller rear blocks to sit level. Up to 37" x 12.50" tires.
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty with Tremor package: Front raise ~6.75" over stock, Rear raise 5.0%. May require taller rear blocks to sit level. Up to 37" x 12.50" tires.
