7" Stage 4 Suspension System for 2005–2007 Ford Super Duty delivers enhanced off-road performance, increased wheel travel and ride quality while providing clearance for large-diameter tires. The complete system includes 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks, dual-rate coil springs, rear progressive 5" leaf springs, drop pitman arm, pan rod bracket, brake line brackets, radius arm drop down brackets and U-bolts for a full bolt-on installation.

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 20x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
• Recommended aftermarket tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only
• Not applicable on vehicles equipped with a manual transmission
• Pinch weld on ’05–’10 Super Duty radius arms may come in contact with radius arm drop bracket hardware
• 7" systems using a 4-link in place of the factory radius arms do not require the use of alignment cams; caster can be adjusted by the lower link arms
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle
• Retains factory block so the truck sits level with the front of the vehicle
• Ships in multiple boxes
