ICON 7" Suspension System — 2005–2007 Ford Super Duty

ICON’s 7” suspension system for 2005–2007 Ford Super Duty trucks delivers increased wheel travel, improved ride quality, and clearance for 38" tires. The system includes ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks, dual-rate coil springs, drop pitman arm, pan rod bracket, brake line brackets, radius arm drop down brackets, and ICON fabricated 6" blocks and U-bolts.

Warranty: All components except shocks are covered by ICON’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Notes

  • OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" with 5.00” backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9" with 5.25” backspace / 6mm offset; 20x9" with 5.25” backspace / 6mm offset.
  • Recommended aftermarket tires: 37" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.
  • Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
  • Not applicable on vehicles equipped with a manual transmission.
  • Pinch weld on 2005–2010 Super Duty radius arms may come in contact with radius arm drop bracket hardware.
  • 7” systems using a 4-link in place of the factory radius arms do not require the use of alignment cams; caster can be adjusted by the lower link arms.
  • Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
  • Retains factory block for truck to sit level with the front of the truck.
  • Ships in multiple boxes.
