ICON 4.5" Stage 8 Suspension System for 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD (Gasoline)

This ICON 4.5" Stage 8 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 F-250 and F-350 4WD gasoline trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. The kit combines dual-rate front coil springs, fabricated radius arms, adjustable track bar components, ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir CDEV shocks, a Centerline steering stabilizer, and rear leaf spring expansion packs to provide a balanced on-road and off-road performance package.

• Designed lift: 4.5" front lift (standard); 3.5" front lift with Tremor package.
• Rear lift: 2" rear lift via leaf spring expansion packs for improved ride and reduced axle wrap.
• Dual-rate coil springs: Softer initial rate for on-road comfort with a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Fabricated radius arms: Increased strength, built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance-free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock while eliminating drop brackets to raise chassis ground clearance.
• Track bar solution: Fabricated drop bracket to properly center the axle and reduce bump steer; adjustable track bar for fine tuning alignment and improved handling.
• ICON 2.5 CDEV remote reservoir shocks: Vehicle-specific tune, increased oil volume and heat dissipation for consistent damping under extended use; fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV: Electronic Compression Damping Valve allows in-vehicle adjustment and near-instantaneous active damping changes via onboard sensors; wireless control through the IIC app.
• Centerline steering stabilizer: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir stabilizer for improved steering damping with larger tires.
• Included hardware: Front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Durability and finish: 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks feature hard-anodized bodies and 7/8" shafts; kit uses CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components.
• Performance gains: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock and capability to run larger tires up to 37" x 12.50".

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 and F-350 4WD gasoline applications; only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Designed for single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab gasoline configuration; Tremor-equipped trucks will have a 3.5" front lift unless otherwise noted.
• Recommended maximum tire size: 37" x 12.50".
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 6 mm (verify wheel backspacing for fitment).
• Shocks are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and re-tunable.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, additional sensor bracket (part number 66204) is required.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, additional bracket (part number 611081) is required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales if equipped.
