ICON 4.5" Stage 5 Suspension System

This Stage 5 suspension system delivers a front lift and complete dampening solution for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD gasoline applications. Engineered to improve on- and off-road ride quality, towing stability, and clearance for larger tires, the system combines dual-rate coils, fabricated control components, remote-reservoir shocks, and steering stabilization for a robust all-purpose upgrade.

• 4.5" front lift via ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs (softer initial rate for on-road comfort, firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance).
• +2" rear lift with leaf spring expansion packs that improve ride quality, small-bump compliance, and reduce axle wrap.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks front and rear with vehicle-specific tune for superior performance, increased oil volume, and improved heat dissipation.
• CDC Valves (CDCV) provide 10 external compression damping settings for on-the-fly tuning of compression control.
• Approx. 50% more front wheel travel over stock for improved off-road articulation.
• Fabricated radius arms for increased strength, on-vehicle caster adjustment via built-in cams, maintenance-free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock.
• Track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar to correct axle centering, reduce bump steer, and fine-tune handling characteristics.
• ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for increased steering damping and reduced feedback with larger tires.
• Included hardware: fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Durable construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components; 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks have corrosion-resistant hard-anodized bodies with 7/8" shafts and are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Warranty: lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

Notes:

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline applications; only fits 4WD models and single rear wheel (SRW) models.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Front lift varies by equipment: approximately 4.5" without Tremor and approximately 3.5" with Tremor. Rear lift is approximately 2". Lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Wheel and tire fitment: recommended up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or modifications). Recommended aftermarket wheel examples: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• ADAS recalibration required after installation.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, an additional sensor bracket (part number 66204) is required; if equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part number 611081 is also required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
