This 4.5" Stage 5 suspension system is designed for 2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD gasoline applications. It provides a substantial lift while improving ride quality, handling, and the ability to fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations for on-road, towing, and off-road use.

The system features dual-rate 4.5" lift coil springs for a comfortable on-road ride with increased resistance during compression for off-road performance. Fabricated radius arms add strength, include caster cams for on-vehicle adjustment, maintenance-free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock. A fabricated track bar drop bracket recenters the axle and reduces bump steer, while an adjustable track bar allows fine tuning of track alignment. A Centerline steering stabilizer with a piggyback reservoir improves steering damping, and heavy-duty rear lift blocks raise the rear to match the front lift. Remote reservoir front and rear shocks with externally adjustable valves offer vehicle-specific tuning and ten levels of compression damping adjustment. The kit also includes sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines. All components are precision manufactured and tuned to work as a complete system.

• Radius arms: Fabricated arms with caster cams, maintenance-free bushings, and increased strength
• Track bar: Fabricated drop bracket to correct geometry and an adjustable track bar for alignment tuning
• Rear lift: Heavy-duty fabricated rear blocks and U-bolt kit (approximately 2")
• Brake lines: Stainless steel braided extended front brake lines included
• Durability: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with rebuildable and re-tunable shocks

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines.
• Lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab gasoline models.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of 3.5" over stock; without the Tremor package the front lift is 4.5".
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50".
• Recommended aftermarket wheels examples: 17x8.5" with 5" backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset; 20x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset.
• Requires sensor bracket part number 66204 when equipped with OnBoard Scales or certain Single Rear Wheel configurations.
