ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 4 Suspension System — 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD (Gasoline)

This Stage 4 suspension system lifts and enhances ride quality, control, and off-road capability while allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheels and tires. Engineered for on-road, towing, and off-road use, the system balances comfort and performance for demanding conditions.

The system features ICON dual-rate 4.5" front coil springs tuned for gasoline-equipped trucks, fabricated radius arms with built-in caster cams and maintenance-free bushings, and an adjustable track bar with a fabricated drop bracket to correct axle position and bump steer. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks (front and rear) provide a vehicle-specific tune and increased oil capacity and cooling for consistent damping under heavy use. A dual opposing steering stabilizer kit improves steering damping for larger tires. The rear lift is achieved with leaf spring expansion packs that add rear lift while improving small-bump compliance and reducing axle wrap. The included hardware kit provides sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines.

Technical Notes:

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline applications.
• Only fits 4WD models; not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines; lift heights based on 4WD crew cab gasoline configuration.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Recommended maximum tire fitment up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 6 mm.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of approximately 3.5".
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, sensor bracket part number 66204 is required.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part number 611081 is required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce the accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
