ICON 4.5" Stage 4 Suspension System — 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD (Gasoline)

This 4.5" Stage 4 suspension system is designed to lift 2023–2025 F-250 and F-350 4WD gasoline trucks while improving ride quality, on- and off-road performance, and allowing for larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The kit balances on-road comfort, towing capability, and heavy-duty off-road use with durable fabricated components and vehicle-specific shock tuning.

• Designed lift: 4.5" front lift (standard); 3.5" front lift when equipped with Tremor package or certain vehicle configurations.
• Rear lift: Approximately 2".
• Coil springs: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs provide a softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for improved bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune for improved handling and ride quality. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade.
• Steering control: Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit featuring ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizers to reduce undesirable steering feedback with larger tires.
• Strength & alignment: Fabricated radius arms with maintenance-free bushings and built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment and improved tire clearance at full lock; fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar to center the axle and correct bump steer.
• Rear lift hardware: Heavy-duty fabricated rear lift blocks and U-bolt kit designed for towing/hauling and aggressive off-road use.
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Construction: High-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components engineered and tested as a complete system.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable; shocks feature corrosion-resistant hard anodized bodies and durable shafts.
• Increased travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock.
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

Notes:

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 gasoline 4WD applications.
• Only fits 4WD models; not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift of 3.5" over stock; without the Tremor package the front lift is 4.5".
• Rear lift is approximately 2".
• Recommended maximum tire size up to 37" x 12.50"; larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 6 mm.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with an OnBoard Scales system, also requires sensor bracket part number 66204.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
