This 4.5" Stage 3 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline models while improving ride quality, vehicle control, and allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Designed for on-road, towing, job site duty, and general off-road use.

• Fitment: 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline applications
• Front lift: 4.5" standard; 3.5" when equipped with Tremor package
• Rear lift: 2" via leaf spring expansion packs
• Coil springs: ICON engineered dual-rate design for improved on-road comfort and firmer secondary rate for off-road performance and bottoming resistance
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tuning; hard-anodized bodies, 7/8" shafts, fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Steering stabilizers: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series dual opposing kit for improved steering damping (anodized bodies, 5/8" shafts)
• Suspension arms: Fabricated radius arms with built-in caster cams, maintenance-free bushings, improved tire clearance at full lock, increased strength, and higher chassis ground clearance
• Track bar: Fabricated track bar drop bracket to center the axle and reduce bump steer
• Hardware included: Front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended brake lines
• Performance: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock; improved small-bump compliance and reduced axle wrap in the rear
• Construction: High-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components with extensive system-level testing
• Guarantees: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging; lifetime guarantee against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect

Recommended fitment and wheel/tire guidance: Up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger may require fender trimming/modifications). Recommended wheel offset approximately 6 mm; common wheel sizes include 17x8.5", 18x9", and 20x9". Use with adjustable track bar (part 64038) for best alignment.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines; lift heights are based on a 4WD crew cab gasoline vehicle and for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of 3.5" over stock.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, sensor bracket part number 66204 is required.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part number 611081 is required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
