This 4.5" Stage 3 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD (gas) while improving ride quality, handling and off-road capability. Designed for on-road, towing and demanding off-road use, the system enables fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Dual-rate 4.5" front coil springs — softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks — vehicle-specific tune for superior ride quality and handling; corrosion-resistant hard anodized bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• Fabricated radius arms — increased strength over OEM, built-in caster cams for on-vehicle adjustment, maintenance-free bushings and improved tire clearance at full steering lock; eliminates need for drop brackets and increases ground clearance.
• Fabricated track bar drop bracket — centers the axle under the frame, reduces track bar angle and corrects bump steer.
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit (ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series) — improves steering damping and reduces undesirable steering feedback from larger tires; corrosion-resistant anodized bodies with 5/8" shafts.
• Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear lift blocks and U-bolts — built for towing/hauling and aggressive off-road use.
• Included hardware kit — fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Increased travel — approximately 50% more front wheel travel over stock.
• Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Front lift: 4.5" standard; 3.5" for vehicles equipped with the Tremor package.
• Rear lift: 2".
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of 3.5" over stock.
• If equipped with the OnBoard Scales system, installation also requires part number 66204.
• Use with adjustable track bar part number 64038 for proper axle alignment.
• Recommended maximum tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: +6 mm.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines; lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab gas configurations.
• Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
