ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 8 Suspension System — 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD Diesel

This 4.5" Stage 8 suspension system from ICON Vehicle Dynamics improves ride quality, towing and on-road manners while enabling larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Designed for heavy-duty use and off-road performance, the kit combines dual-rate coil springs, fabricated suspension components, and high-performance remote-reservoir shocks for controlled travel, bottoming resistance, and heat-managed damping.

• Designed fit: 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications.
• Front lift: 4.5" front lift with dual-rate coil springs for a softer initial rate and firmer secondary rate for off-road performance.
• Radius arms: Heavy fabricated radius arms with built-in caster cams, maintenance-free bushings, improved steering clearance, and increased ground clearance without drop brackets.
• Track bar: Fabricated track bar drop bracket to center the axle and reduce bump steer; adjustable track bar for fine tuning alignment and handling.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote-reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune, increased oil volume and heat dissipation, fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Active damping: Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) with ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) for near-instant compression adjustments; wireless control via the ICON app.
• Steering stabilizer: ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer kit with 2.5 Aluminum piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping and ground clearance.
• Rear lift: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit to lift the rear and withstand towing/hauling and off-road stresses.
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended front brake lines.
• Performance: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock; shocks feature corrosion-resistant hard-anodized bodies and 7/8" shafts.
• Durability: Shocks resist overheating and cavitation under hard use; lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Lift heights are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel: standard front lift is 4.5" (without Tremor); trucks equipped with the Tremor package have a 3.5" front lift. Rear lift is 2".
• Use up to 37" x 12.50" tires; larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace), 18x9" (5.25" backspace), or 20x9" (5.25" backspace) with approximately 6mm offset.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated assume a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, a sensor bracket (part number 66204) is required.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
