ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 5 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD Diesel

This 4.5" Stage 5 suspension system is designed to lift and enhance ride quality, handling, and off-road capability for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD diesel trucks. The kit combines dual-rate front coil springs, fabricated radius arms, adjustable track bar components, remote-reservoir damping, and rear leaf spring expansion packs to provide improved on-road comfort, increased wheel travel, and proven off-road durability while allowing larger wheel and tire fitment.

• Fit: 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications
• Front lift: Dual-rate coil springs deliver up to 4.5" of front lift (diesel-optimized for improved initial comfort and firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance)
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift with reduced axle wrap and improved small-bump compliance
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir CDCV front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune, increased oil volume, improved heat dissipation, and externally adjustable CDC valves offering 10 compression settings
• Steering stabilizer: 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping with larger tires
• Radius arms: Fabricated radius arms with built-in caster cams, maintenance-free bushings, improved tire clearance at full lock, and increased strength without drop brackets to preserve ground clearance
• Track bar: Fabricated track bar drop bracket to properly center the axle and reduce bump steer, plus an adjustable track bar for on-vehicle alignment tuning
• Included hardware: Front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines
• Increased travel: Approximately 50% more front wheel travel versus stock
• Durability & serviceability: 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks have corrosion-resistant hard-anodized bodies, 7/8" shafts, and are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel configuration.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, a sensor bracket (part number 66204) is required.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part number 611081 is also required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of 3.5" over stock (rather than 4.5").
• OEM wheels and tires will fit; recommended aftermarket tire up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming/modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets approximate +6 mm; common wheel sizes for this application include 17x8.5", 18x9", and 20x9".
