ICON 4.5" Stage 5 Suspension System — 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD Diesel

The ICON 4.5" Stage 5 suspension system is designed to lift 4WD 2023–2025 F-250 and F-350 diesel trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. This complete system blends ICON dual-rate coil springs, fabricated suspension components, and remote-reservoir shocks to provide excellent on-road comfort, towing stability, and durable performance in demanding off-road conditions.

The system includes dual-rate 4.5" front lift coil springs optimized for diesel trucks, fabricated radius arms with on-vehicle caster adjustment, adjustable track bar and track bar drop bracket to correct geometry, ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote-reservoir shocks with external compression adjustment, a Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir, heavy-duty rear lift blocks and U-bolts, stainless braided front brake lines, and all required hardware and bump stop spacers.

• Front lift: 4.5" (standard); 3.5" front lift when equipped with Tremor package
• Rear lift: Approximately 2"

• Construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant hard-anodized shock bodies and rebuildable shocks

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Coil springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, the sensor bracket part number 66204 is required.
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50".
• OEM wheels will fit; aftermarket wheel offsets around 6 mm are commonly recommended for this lift.
