ICON 4.5" Stage 4 Suspension System (2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD Diesel)

This ICON 4.5" Stage 4 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD diesel trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. The system combines ICON dual-rate coil springs, fabricated radius arms, adjustable track bar components, remote-reservoir shocks, steering stabilizers, and rear leaf spring expansion packs to allow larger tires, reduce axle wrap, increase wheel travel, and maintain towing and on-road manners.

• Fitment: Designed for 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications.
• Front lift: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs deliver approximately 4.5" front lift (vehicle- and equipment-dependent).
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide 2" rear lift with improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune for superior ride quality and heat dissipation; remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling to resist damper fade.
• Steering control: Dual opposing ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers improve steering damping for larger tires and reduce undesirable feedback.
• Suspension geometry: Fabricated radius arms with built-in caster cams allow on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance-free bushings, improved tire clearance at full lock, and higher ground clearance without drop brackets.
• Track bar: Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar correct and fine-tune axle centering and bump steer geometry for improved handling.
• Wheel travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock.
• Hardware & extras: Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Durability: High-quality CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Recommended wheel & tire guidance

• Recommended tires: Up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit with fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel configuration.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift of approximately 3.5" over stock (versus 4.5" for non-Tremor configurations).
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, sensor bracket part number 66204 is required.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part number 611081 is also required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce the accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
