ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 4 Suspension System

This Stage 4 suspension system lifts 4WD 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 diesel trucks while improving ride quality, towing performance, on- and off-road capability, and allowing larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Designed lift: 4.5" front lift (standard); 3.5" front lift when equipped with Tremor package or certain configurations. Rear lift approximately 2".
• Spring design: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel applications — softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance off-road.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving for improved handling and ride quality; remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist damper fade.
• Steering damping: Dual opposing ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers to reduce steering feedback from larger tires.
• Front suspension hardware: Fabricated radius arms with maintenance-free bushings and built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, improved tire clearance at full lock, and increased ground clearance without drop brackets.
• Track control: Fabricated track bar drop bracket to center the axle and reduce bump steer, plus an adjustable track bar for fine tuning alignment and improved handling.
• Rear lift hardware: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit designed for towing/hauling and aggressive off-road use.
• Included accessories: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines.
• Durability: High-quality CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Performance gain: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock.
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and lifetime guarantee against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

Technical highlights

• Shock construction: 2.5 Aluminum Series features corrosion-resistant hard anodized bodies with 7/8" shafts; 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers use anodized bodies with 5/8" shafts.
• Tire fitment: Supports up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and modifications).
• Recommended wheel offset: ~6 mm offset; common compatible wheel sizes include 17x8.5 (5.00" backspace), 18x9 (5.25" backspace), and 20x9 (5.25" backspace).

• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Lift heights are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel configuration; specific front lift is 4.5" standard and 3.5" with Tremor package or certain configurations.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, sensor bracket part number 66204 is required.
