ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 3 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 3 suspension system lifts and upgrades ride quality and performance for heavy-duty applications while allowing larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Designed for on-road, towing, job-site duty, and off-road use, this complete system balances comfort, control, and durability.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed for 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications.
• Front lift: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs provide 4.5" of front lift (3.5" with Tremor package) with a softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance off-road.
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs deliver approximately 2" of rear lift while improving ride quality and reducing axle wrap.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal-reservoir front and rear shocks feature vehicle-specific tuning, corrosion-resistant hard-anodized bodies with 7/8" shafts, and are fully rebuildable and re-tunable for superior on- and off-road ride quality.
• Steering control: Fabricated radius arms with built-in caster cams enable on-vehicle caster adjustment, increase strength, improve tire clearance at full lock, and raise ground clearance. A fabricated track bar drop bracket corrects track bar angle and reduces bump steer. The dual opposing steering stabilizer kit (ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series) improves steering damping for larger tire setups.
• Hardware and kit contents: Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines, and high-quality machined and formed components.
• Increased travel: Approximately 50% more front wheel travel over stock for improved suspension performance.
• Durability guarantees: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel configuration.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, sensor bracket part number 66204 is required.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part number 611081 is required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
• Tremor package front lift height is 3.5" over stock; without Tremor the front lift is 4.5". Rear lift is 2".
• Recommended maximum tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended wheel offset: approximately 6 mm; recommended use with 64038 adjustable track bar for proper axle positioning.
