ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 3 Suspension System

This 4.5" Stage 3 suspension system is engineered for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications to improve ride quality, increase ground clearance, and allow larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Designed for on-road use, towing, and demanding off-road conditions.

• Front lift: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs deliver 4.5" of front lift (3.5" with Tremor package).
• Rear lift: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit provide approximately 2" of rear lift for towing and hauling duty.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal-reservoir front and rear shocks are vehicle-spec tuned for improved handling and ride quality; 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers improve steering damping.
• Travel & performance: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock for improved off-road capability and bottoming resistance.
• Radius arms: Fabricated radius arms add strength, feature on-vehicle caster cams for adjustment, maintenance-free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock while raising chassis ground clearance.
• Track bar: Fabricated track bar drop bracket centers the axle under the frame, reduces track bar angle, and corrects bump steer geometry.
• Steering stabilizers: Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series units reduces undesirable steering feedback from larger tires.
• Installation kit: Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines.
• Construction: High-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components for durability and long-term performance.
• Serviceability & warranty: Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

Recommended fitment and accessories

• Tire fitment: Up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit with fender trimming or modifications).
• Aftermarket wheels: Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5", 18x9", 20x9" with approximately 6 mm offset.
• Track bar: Use with 64038 adjustable track bar for optimal alignment.

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab diesel configurations.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, also requires sensor bracket part number 66204.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of 3.5" over stock; non-Tremor trucks will achieve 4.5" front lift. Rear lift is approximately 2".
