ICON 4.5" Stage 4 System — 2008–2010 Super Duty

The ICON 4.5" Stage 4 suspension system for 2008–2010 Super Duty trucks is engineered from high-quality materials and components to deliver improved ride, control, and durability. The system features dual-rate front coil springs paired with ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV shocks and includes all major hardware for a complete bolt-on installation.

• Complete system: Includes front coils, ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV shocks, radius arm drop down brackets, rear blocks and U-bolts, patented adjustable track bar, and a 4-link kit.
• Increased wheel travel: 50% increase in wheel travel and 4.5" more travel from ride height to front bump stops.
• Improved handling: Less body roll than stock.
• Dual-rate coil springs with a lifetime guarantee against sag.
• Tire clearance: Clears 35" tires; fits up to 37" tires with minor trimming.
• No towing or driveline changes: No change in towing capacity and no driveshaft modifications required for most installations.
• Durable construction: Corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum shock bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• 100% bolt-on: No drilling, cutting, or welding necessary for install.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" with 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset; 20x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Not applicable on vehicles equipped with a manual transmission.
• Pinch weld on 2005–2010 Super Duty radius arms may contact radius arm drop bracket hardware.
• 2008–current Super Duty models with gas engines may require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
