ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 8 System

The ICON 4.5" Stage 8 suspension system provides a substantial lift and a tuned, durable suspension solution for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty diesel 4WD trucks. Designed for improved on-road comfort, towing, and capable off-road performance, the system combines dual-rate coil springs, ICON CDEV remote reservoir shocks, a 4‑Link front linkage, and supporting hardware to allow larger tires while maintaining control and articulation.

• Application: Designed for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 diesel 4WD (single rear wheel) configurations.
• Front lift: Approximately 4.5" front lift on non‑Tremor models; approximately 3.5" front lift on Tremor-equipped trucks.
• Rear lift: Approximately 2" rear lift via leaf spring expansion packs, improving ride quality and reducing axle wrap.
• Dual-rate coil springs: Diesel-optimized design with a softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• ICON 4‑Link front kit: Eliminates bind associated with factory radius arms, maintains positive caster through travel, and improves articulation and ride quality.
• Track bar solution: Fabricated drop bracket and adjustable track bar center the axle, reduce bump steer, and allow on-vehicle alignment tuning.
• ICON CDEV 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks: Vehicle-specific remote reservoir shocks with electronic compression damping (CDEV) for improved handling, cooler operating temperatures, and resistance to fade under hard use. Shocks are rebuildable and re-tunable.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): Onboard sensor-driven system that actively adjusts compression damping; configurable and controllable via the ICON app.
• Centerline steering stabilizer: 2.5 Aluminum Series stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for increased steering damping and improved ground clearance.
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines, and high-quality installation components.
• Construction & warranty: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components; springs carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage or sagging.
• Performance: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock; tuned for on- and off-road ride quality and towing duty.

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models; fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Tremor-equipped trucks will see a reduced front lift (≈3.5") vs non‑Tremor (≈4.5").
• Rear lift is approximately 2".
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5, 18x9, or 20x9 with approximately 5.0–5.25" backspace and ~6 mm offset.
• An iOS device is required to operate the ICON Intelligent Control app.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, an additional part (part number 611081) is required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped.
• Lift heights are based on a stock-equipped 4WD crew cab diesel vehicle; shocks are fully serviceable.
