ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 8 Suspension System

This Stage 8 suspension system from ICON Vehicle Dynamics lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. The kit combines ICON dual-rate 4.5" front coil springs, a 4‑Link front suspension kit, remote-reservoir 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) and ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), a Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir, heavy-duty rear lift blocks, and necessary drop brackets and brake line upgrades.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel models (single rear wheel).
• Front lift: 4.5" with standard front suspension; 3.5" with Tremor package.
• Rear lift: Approximately 2".
• Dual-rate coil springs: Softer initial rate for on-road comfort with a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• 4‑Link front kit: Eliminates suspension bind, maintains positive caster through travel, and significantly improves articulation and ride quality.
• Adjustable track bar: Corrects track alignment, centers the axle, reduces bump steer, and improves steering feel.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks with CDEV: Vehicle-specific tuning, increased oil volume and heat dissipation, fully serviceable and re-tunable.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): Onboard sensors and CDEV provide active compression damping adjustments; wireless configuration via smartphone app.
• Centerline steering stabilizer: 2.5 Aluminum Series with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping and ground clearance.
• Hardware and longevity: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components; anodized shock bodies with corrosion resistance; lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging.
• Included items: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel extended brake lines, heavy-duty rear lift blocks and U-bolts.
• Performance gains: Approximately 50% increase in front wheel travel over stock and improved handling for towing, daily driving, and off-road use.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications).
• Recommended wheel offset: approximately 6 mm.
• Only fits 4WD models; does not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on 4WD crew cab diesel configuration.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS device is required to configure ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) via the app.
