ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 7 Suspension System

The ICON 4.5" Stage 7 suspension system is designed to lift 2023–2025 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks while improving ride quality, suspension performance, and clearance for larger tires. The system balances on-road comfort, towing capability, and off-road capability through tuned springs, advanced shocks, and a multi-link front kit that reduces binding and maintains caster throughout articulation.

• Dual-rate 4.5" lift coil springs optimized for diesel-equipped trucks — soft initial rate for comfort with a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• ICON 4-Link front kit eliminates suspension bind common with factory radius arms and allows on-vehicle caster adjustment for improved ride and steering control.
• Track bar drop bracket & adjustable track bar centers the axle, reduces bump steer and road feedback, and permits fine tuning of alignment and handling.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks (front & rear) feature vehicle-specific tuning, increased oil capacity and heat dissipation, and are CDCV-equipped for 10 external compression settings.
• Centerline steering stabilizer (2.5 Aluminum Series) with piggyback reservoir provides improved steering damping and better control with larger tires.
• Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift with improved small-bump compliance and reduced axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
• Included hardware — fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Durable construction — precision CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components; shocks are rebuildable and re-tunable.

Performance Highlights: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock; remote reservoirs resist overheating and cavitation under heavy use; CDCV external adjustment offers 10 compression damping ranges for on-the-fly tuning.

Fitment & tire/wheel guidance: Designed for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications. Recommended tire size up to 37" x 12.50". Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets approximately 6 mm.

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models; does not fit F-350/F-450 cab & chassis models.
• Coil springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights are based on a stock-equipped 4WD crew cab diesel and may vary with trim and options.
• System fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• If the vehicle is equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, an additional part (part #611081) is required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of Onboard Scales, if equipped.
• Tremor package vehicles: front lift is approximately 3.5" over stock; without Tremor package: front lift is approximately 4.5". Rear lift is approximately 2". Specific lift values depend on options such as Onboard Scales and SRW configuration.
