The ICON 4.5" Stage 7 suspension system for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications improves ride quality, increases suspension travel, and allows fitment of larger tires while maintaining on-road comfort and off-road capability. The system combines dual-rate coil springs, ICON 4-Link front suspension, remote reservoir 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with CDCV, and heavy-duty rear lift components for towing, daily driving, and aggressive off-road use.

• Fitment: Designed for 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel models (single rear wheel).
• Front lift: 4.5" front lift on stock trucks without Tremor package; 3.5" front lift with Tremor package.
• Rear lift: Approximately 2" rear lift with heavy-duty fabricated rear blocks and U-bolt kit.
• Coil springs: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel engines — softer initial rate for on-road comfort and firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Front suspension: ICON 4-Link system eliminates binding during articulation and maintains positive caster throughout travel for improved ride quality and handling.
• Track bar: Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar to correct geometry, reduce bump steer, and allow fine tuning of alignment.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune and CDCV; externally adjustable CDCV offers 10 compression damping settings.
• Steering: ICON Centerline 2.5 steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping and increased ground clearance.
• Hardware: Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines, and quality installation hardware.
• Performance: Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock.
• Construction & warranty: High-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components. Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

Technical Notes

• OEM wheels & tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications could be required).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 6 mm offset for proper fitment.
• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and re-tunable; lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle and are based on 4WD crew cab diesel configuration.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
