ICON 4.5" Stage 6 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD Diesel

This ICON 4.5" Stage 6 suspension system lifts 4WD 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty diesel models while improving on-road comfort, off-road capability, and the ability to fit larger wheel and tire combinations. The system is tuned for towing, daily driving, and more aggressive off-road use.

The system combines ICON-engineered dual-rate front coil springs, a 4-link front kit, remote-reservoir shocks, steering stabilizers, leaf spring expansion packs, and heavy-duty hardware. Components are CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed for long-term durability.

• Front lift: ICON dual-rate coil springs deliver 4.5" of front lift (4.5" without Tremor package; Tremor-equipped trucks see approximately 3.5").
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift and improve small-bump compliance while reducing axle wrap.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir front and rear shocks are vehicle-specific tuned for improved handling and ride quality; remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation.
• Steering control: Dual opposing ICON 2.0 aluminum-series steering stabilizers improve damping and control of steering feedback from larger tires.
• 4-Link front system: Eliminates suspension bind associated with factory radius arms and maintains positive caster throughout travel for improved ride quality and articulation.
• Track bar corrections: Fabricated track bar drop bracket recenters the axle and reduces bump steer; adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment fine-tuning.
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Durability: Corrosion-resistant anodized shock bodies, hard-anodized 2.5 Series bodies with 7/8" shafts, 2.0 Series stabilizers with 5/8" shafts; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Guarantees: Lifetime guarantee against spring breakage or sagging and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.
• Wheel and tire guidance: Recommended tire: up to 37" x 12.50". Recommended wheel offset: approximately 6mm; recommended fitments include 17x8.5", 18x9", and 20x9" wheel sizes (vehicle- and wheel-specific checks required).

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Lift heights based on 4WD crew cab diesel.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, part 611081 is also required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped.
• Tremor-package trucks will see approximately 3.5" of front lift; non-Tremor trucks will see approximately 4.5".
• Rear lift is approximately 2".
• Use of larger tires or alternative wheel offsets may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
