This Stage 6 suspension system provides a 4.5" front lift (4.5" without Tremor, 3.5" with Tremor), improved ride quality, and the capability to fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations while maintaining towing and on-road manners. Designed and tuned as a complete system, it pairs dual-rate coil springs with remote-reservoir shocks and robust fabricated components to deliver superior on- and off-road performance.

System highlights:

• Dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel engines — soft initial rate for on-road comfort, firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road control.
• ICON 4-Link kit eliminates suspension bind, maintains positive caster through travel, and improves articulation and ride quality.
• Adjustable track bar and fabricated track bar drop bracket to properly center the axle, reduce road feedback, and correct bump steer geometry.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific tune for improved handling, increased oil capacity, and better heat dissipation to resist damper fade.
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit using ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series units to control steering feedback with larger tires.
• Heavy-duty rear lift blocks and U-bolts designed for towing/hauling and aggressive off-road use.
• Included hardware — front sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.

Performance & fitment

• Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock.
• Front lift: 4.5" (standard) / 3.5" (with Tremor package).
• Rear lift: 2".
• Recommended maximum tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: approximately 6 mm; common wheel widths/backspace examples: 17x8.5 / 18x9 / 20x9 with appropriate backspace.
• Shock shaft sizes and construction: 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks feature hard-anodized bodies with 7/8" shafts; 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers feature 5/8" shafts.
• Stainless steel braided front brake lines included for improved durability and reliability.

Notes:

• Fits 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications.
• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Lift heights based on 4WD crew cab diesel.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a reduced front lift (~3.5").
• OEM wheels and tires will fit in many cases, but aftermarket fitment should be verified for wheel backspace and clearance.
