This 4.5" Stage 5 suspension system for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel trucks improves ride quality, on- and off-road performance, and allows fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. It combines dual-rate front coil springs, remote-reservoir shocks, geometry-correcting brackets, and rear leaf spring expansion packs for a complete lift solution designed for towing, daily driving, and off-road use.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel models.
• Front lift — 4.5" front lift (3.5" with Tremor package in some configurations).
• Rear lift — Approximately 2" rear lift via leaf spring expansion packs.
• Dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel engines: softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and caster for proper alignment with OE radius arms.
• Track bar drop bracket recenters the axle, reduces bump steer, and improves steering feel; adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific valving for improved handling and ride quality; remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist fade.
• ICON CDCV external adjustment — 10 settings of compression damping via external valve.
• Centerline steering stabilizer — 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir stabilizer improves steering damping with larger tires and increases ground clearance.
• Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Shocks feature corrosion-resistant hard anodized bodies, 7/8" shafts, and are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Durability — CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components with lifetime guarantees against spring breakage/sagging and fabricated component defects.
• Approximately 50% more front wheel travel over stock for improved off-road articulation.
• Tire & wheel guidance: Use up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications). Recommended wheel offsets around 6mm; common compatible wheel sizes include 17x8.5, 18x9, and 20x9 with appropriate backspace.

• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; listed lift heights apply to stock-equipped vehicles and are based on 4WD crew cab diesel measurements where indicated.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only unless otherwise specified.
• Vehicles equipped with the Tremor package may have a reduced front lift height (typically 3.5").
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, part number 611081 is also required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of Onboard Scales, if equipped.
