ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 5 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD (Diesel)

This ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 suspension system provides a 4.5" front lift (4.5" without Tremor package; 3.5" with Tremor package), improved ride quality, and the ability to fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Engineered for on-road, towing, heavy-duty worksite, and aggressive off-road use, the system combines dual-rate coil springs, heavy-duty brackets, and high-performance remote reservoir shocks to deliver superior control and durability.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel models (single rear wheel configurations).
• Dual-rate coil springs: 4.5" lift springs designed for diesel engines provide a softer initial rate for comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Radius arm drop brackets: Fabricated brackets correct suspension geometry and caster for proper wheel alignment using OE radius arms.
• Track bar solution: Fabricated track bar drop bracket recenters the axle, reduces bump steer, and an adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks (front & rear): Remote reservoir, CDCV-equipped shocks with vehicle-specific tune for improved handling, ride quality, and heat dissipation.
• CDC Valves: Externally adjustable valves provide 10 levels of compression damping adjustment.
• Centerline steering stabilizer: 2.5 Aluminum Series steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping and ground clearance.

• Recommended aftermarket tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but will likely require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5, 18x9, 20x9 (backspace and offset requirements vary; 6 mm offset commonly recommended).
• Fits 4WD models only; does not fit F-350 / F-450 cab & chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on 4WD crew cab diesel measurements.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift of approximately 3.5" over stock; non-Tremor trucks will achieve approximately 4.5" front lift. Rear lift is approximately 2".
