ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 4 suspension system is a complete lift solution for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel models. Designed to improve ride quality, handling, and off-road capability while allowing fitment of larger tires, this kit is tuned for on-road driving, towing, jobsite use, and more aggressive off-road use.

• Front lift: 4.5" with ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel trucks (softer initial rate for comfort, firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance).
• Rear lift: 2" via leaf spring expansion packs for improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune; remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and heat dissipation for consistent damping under heavy use.
• Steering control: Dual opposing ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers to reduce unwanted steering feedback from larger tires.
• Suspension geometry: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets and track bar drop bracket correct geometry and caster, reduce bump steer, and help center the axle under the frame.
• Adjustability: Adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle fine tuning of track alignment and eliminates deflective OE bushings for improved handling.
• Hardware & fitment components: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines, and high-quality stainless hardware included.
• Durability: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components; shocks feature corrosion-resistant hard-anodized bodies and are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Wheels & tires: Compatible with OEM wheels and tires; recommended aftermarket tires up to 37" x 12.50". Recommended wheel examples: 17x8.5", 18x9", 20x9" with approximately 6 mm offset (backspace varies by wheel).
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against spring breakage or sagging and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

• Fits 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications; lift heights based on 4WD crew cab diesel.
• Only fits 4WD models; does not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Front lift is 3.5" when equipped with the Tremor package; otherwise front lift is 4.5".
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Onboard Scales and Dynamic Bending Headlamps: Part #611081 is required when the vehicle is equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps, Onboard Scales, or for certain single rear wheel (SRW) configurations.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of Onboard Scales, if equipped.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
