ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 4 suspension system is engineered to lift 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and the ability to fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Designed for on-road driving, towing, job-site conditions, and more aggressive off-road use.

• 4.5" front lift using ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel-equipped trucks, providing a softer initial rate for comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks — vehicle-specific tune for superior on- and off-road ride quality; remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade under hard use.
• Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel compared to stock for improved off-road compliance.
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets to correct suspension geometry and maintain proper caster and alignment with OE radius arms.
• Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar to properly center the axle, reduce track bar angle, correct bump steer geometry, and allow on-vehicle alignment fine-tuning.
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit featuring ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizers to improve steering damping and control undesirable steering feedback from larger tires.
• Heavy-duty fabricated rear lift blocks and U-bolt kit designed for towing/hauling duty and aggressive off-road stresses.
• Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines for proper clearance and durability.
• High-quality materials and manufacturing — CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components with durable anodized shock bodies and corrosion-resistant finishes.
• Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable; 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks feature corrosion-resistant hard-anodized bodies with 7/8" shafts; 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers feature corrosion-resistant anodized bodies with 5/8" shafts.
• Lifetime guarantees against coil spring breakage or sagging and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended tire size: up to 37" x 12.50".
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5 (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9 (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9 (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Lift heights are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel configuration; fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only where noted.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of 3.5" over stock; without the Tremor package the front lift is 4.5".
• Rear lift: approximately 2".
