ICON 4.5" Stage 3 Suspension System — 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD Diesel

This ICON 4.5" Stage 3 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD diesel trucks while improving ride quality, towing performance, and off-road capability. The system is tuned for on-road comfort and serious duty use, including towing, job-site driving, and general off-road adventures.

• 4.5" front lift with dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel engines to provide a softer initial rate for comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and ensure proper wheel alignment with the OE radius arms.
• Fabricated track bar drop bracket centers the axle under the frame and reduces bump steer and steering feedback.
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers improves steering damping for larger tires.
• Heavy-duty rear lift blocks and U-bolt kit designed for towing/hauling duty and aggressive off-road use, providing a 2" rear lift.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks (vehicle-specific tune) for improved handling and ride quality; corrosion-resistant hard anodized bodies and 7/8" shafts. Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Included hardware: fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended front brake lines.
• CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components with extensive testing and tuning as a complete system.
• Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications.
• OEM wheels & tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle and are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of 3.5" over stock; without Tremor the front lift is 4.5". Rear lift is 2".
• Use with track bar 64038.
• 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers feature corrosion-resistant anodized bodies with 5/8" shafts.
