ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 2 Suspension System — 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD Diesel

This ICON 4.5" Stage 2 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD diesel trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and compatibility with larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Designed for on-road, towing, and mild off-road use, the system balances comfort and performance with heavy-duty components and vehicle-specific tuning.

• Fit: 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications
• Front lift: 4.5" with standard configuration; 3.5" when equipped with Tremor package
• Rear lift: Approximately 2" via leaf spring expansion packs
• Coil springs: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs deliver a comfortable initial rate and firmer secondary rate for improved bottoming resistance and off-road performance
• Shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific tune for enhanced handling and heat dissipation; anodized bodies and 5/8" shafts
• Steering and geometry: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets and track bar drop bracket correct geometry and reduce bump steer; dual opposing steering stabilizer kit improves steering damping
• Brake lines: Stainless steel braided front brake lines included
• Hardware and protection: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless hardware included
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Durability: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with lifetime guarantees against spring breakage/sagging and fabricated component defects

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 cab & chassis models
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only
• Front lift is 4.5" standard; front lift is 3.5" on trucks equipped with the Tremor package
• Rear lift is approximately 2"
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" — larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and/or additional modifications
• Recommended wheel offset: approximately 6 mm
• Use with an adjustable track bar (part 64038 recommended) to properly locate the axle under the frame
• OEM wheels and tires will fit
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, part number 611081 is also required
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped
• Lift heights listed are based on a stock-equipped, 4WD crew cab diesel and assume stock vehicle condition
