ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 2 Suspension System

This 4.5" Stage 2 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel trucks while improving ride quality, towing performance, and the ability to fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Designed for on-road, towing, and mild off-road use, the system balances comfort and control with durable components for heavy-duty and light off-road duty.

• Dual-rate coil springs: 4.5" front lift for diesel-equipped trucks with a softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets: Correct suspension geometry and caster to maintain proper wheel alignment with OE radius arms.
• Track bar drop bracket: Centers the axle under the frame and reduces bump steer and road feedback.
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizer improves steering damping for larger tires.
• ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks: Vehicle-specific tune, increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade; rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Heavy-duty fabricated rear blocks and U-bolts: Rear lift components engineered for towing/hauling and aggressive off-road stresses.
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Precision construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components for a complete tested and tuned system.
• Corrosion-resistant shock bodies: Anodized finishes with 5/8" shafts.
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against manufacturer defect on fabricated components.

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Front lift: 3.5" with Tremor package; 4.5" without Tremor package (use with 64038 adjustable track bar to achieve 4.5" where applicable).
• Rear lift: 2".
• Use up to 37" x 12.50" tires; larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only where specified.
• Springs are rated for diesel engine applications only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel configuration.
• Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
