ICON 4.5" Stage 1 Suspension System (2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD Diesel)

This ICON 4.5" Stage 1 suspension system lifts 4WD 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 diesel trucks to improve ride quality, handling and clearance while allowing larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The system is tuned for on-road, towing and mild off-road use and includes coil springs, fabricated brackets, leaf spring expansion packs and ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific valving.

• 4.5" front lift with ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs (softer initial rate for on-road comfort, firmer secondary rate for compression control).
• Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock for improved suspension articulation.
• 2" rear lift via leaf spring expansion packs for improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
• ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific tune, anodized bodies, 5/8" shafts; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Radius arm drop brackets to correct suspension geometry and maintain proper caster and alignment.
• Track bar drop bracket to center the axle and reduce bump steer and road feedback.
• Included hardware: fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• High-quality construction: CNC-machined, laser-cut and brake-formed components with lifetime guarantee against spring breakage/sagging and ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.
• Recommended tire fitment: up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Aftermarket wheel guidance: 6 mm offset recommended (examples: 17x8.5, 18x9, 20x9 sizes commonly used).

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 diesel applications.
• Will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on a 4WD crew cab diesel unless otherwise noted.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of 3.5" over stock (versus 4.5" without Tremor).
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, part #611081 is required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only in applicable configurations.
• Use with adjustable track bar (part 64038) is recommended to properly locate the axle after lift.
