ICON 4.5" Stage 1 Suspension System

This ICON 4.5" Stage 1 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks while improving ride quality, towing performance, and off-road capability. The system pairs ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs with vehicle-specific ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks and heavy-duty fabricated components to allow larger tires and better control over varying terrain.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel
• Front lift: 4.5" (standard); 3.5" with Tremor package
• Rear lift: 2"
• Springs: ICON dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel engines for improved on-road comfort and firm secondary rate for off-road bottoming resistance
• Shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks, vehicle-specific tune, corrosion-resistant anodized bodies, 5/8" shafts; fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Geometry correction: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct caster/geometry; fabricated track bar drop bracket recenters axle and reduces bump steer
• Rear hardware: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks with U-bolt kit designed for towing/hauling and aggressive use
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and based on 4WD crew cab diesel.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of 3.5" over stock.
• Use up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 6 mm.
• Use with 64038 adjustable track bar for proper axle centering when required.
