ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 8 Suspension System

The ICON 4.5" Stage 8 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. Designed as a complete system, it combines dual-rate coil springs, ICON 4-Link geometry, remote-reservoir CDEV shocks, steering stabilization, and rear leaf spring expansion for a balanced on-road and off-road performance package.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline models (single rear wheel).
• Front lift: 4.5" front lift (3.5" front lift when equipped with Tremor package).
• Rear lift: 2" rear lift via leaf spring expansion packs.
• Coil springs: ICON engineered dual-rate front coil springs for improved on-road comfort and increased secondary rate for bottoming resistance off-road.
• 4-Link system: ICON 4-Link eliminates binding during articulation and maintains positive caster through travel for superior ride quality and steering control.
• Track bar: Fabricated drop bracket and adjustable track bar reduce track bar angle, correct bump steer geometry, and allow on-vehicle alignment tuning.
• Shocks — CDEV 2.5 Aluminum Series: Vehicle-specific remote-reservoir shocks with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology, hard-anodized bodies, 7/8" shafts, fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): Onboard sensor-driven system that makes near-instant compression damping adjustments; adjustable via the ICON IIC app.
• Steering stabilizer: ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping and ground clearance.
• Hardware and included components: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines, and quality CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components.
• Tire and wheel guidance: Supports up to 37" x 12.50" tires; recommended aftermarket wheel offsets ~6 mm.
• Performance gains: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock; remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist damper fade under hard use.
• Durability: Shocks designed for extended use; springs carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage or sagging.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Lift heights are based on stock-equipped 4WD crew cab gasoline vehicles; trucks with the Tremor package will see a 3.5" front lift instead of 4.5".
• Springs are rated for gasoline engine applications.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; remote reservoirs improve temperature control and consistent damping under extended use.
• Recommended tire: up to 37" x 12.50". Recommended wheel offsets around 6 mm (example wheel sizes commonly used: 17x8.5, 18x9, 20x9 with manufacturer-specified backspace).
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to configure and run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or onboard scales, an additional part is required for proper compatibility.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce the accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped.
