ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 8 Suspension System for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD (Gas)

This 4.5" Stage 8 suspension system from ICON Vehicle Dynamics lifts and enhances the ride, handling, and off-road capability of 2023–2025 Ford F-250/F-350 4WD gasoline models. It delivers improved comfort and control for on-road driving, towing, and aggressive off-road use while allowing larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Fitment: Designed for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline applications.
• Dual-rate coil springs: 4.5" front lift (4.5" without Tremor); engineered for a softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Tremor package adjustment: Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will achieve approximately 3.5" front lift instead of 4.5".
• ICON 4-Link system: Eliminates suspension bind during articulation and maintains positive caster through the range of travel for improved ride quality and handling.
• Track bar drop bracket & adjustable track bar: Centers the axle, reduces road feedback and bump steer, and allows on-vehicle alignment fine-tuning.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks with CDEV: Vehicle-specific tune, increased oil volume and heat dissipation, improved damping and resistance to fade under hard use; shocks are rebuildable and re-tunable.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV: Onboard sensors and electronic damping valve make near-instant compression damping adjustments; configurable via the ICON app.
• Centerline steering stabilizer: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir stabilizer improves steering damping and ground clearance.
• Rear lift hardware: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit raise the rear and are built for towing/hauling and off-road stresses.
• Included components: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Construction: High-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with ICON testing and tuning as a complete system.
• Performance gains: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock.
• Shock hardware: Corrosion-resistant hard anodized shock bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• Durability: Shocks are serviceable; coils carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage or sagging.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift of approximately 3.5"; without Tremor the front lift is approximately 4.5".
• Rear lift is approximately 2".
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50".
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes and fitments: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
