ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 7 Suspension System

This 4.5" Stage 7 suspension system for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty improves ride quality and performance while allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Designed for 4WD gasoline applications, the system is tuned for on-road driving, towing, job-site washboard roads and more aggressive off-road use.

• Dual-rate coil springs — 4.5" front lift with a soft initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• ICON 4-Link system — eliminates binding during articulation and maintains positive caster through the range of travel for improved ride quality.
• Track bar drop bracket & adjustable track bar — recenters the axle, reduces road feedback and bump steer, and allows on-vehicle fine tuning of track alignment.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks — vehicle-specific tune, increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade.
• ICON CDCV external compression adjustment — front and rear shocks equipped with externally adjustable valves offering 10 compression damping settings.
• Centerline 2.5 steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir — improved steering damping and increased ground clearance.
• Leaf spring expansion packs — provide approximately 2" of rear lift with improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
• Fabricated components and hardware — front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines included.
• Durable construction — corrosion-resistant hard anodized shock bodies, CNC-machined and laser-cut components; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Increased travel — approximately 50% more front wheel travel over stock.
• Warranties — lifetime guarantee against spring breakage or sagging and against fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350 / F-450 cab & chassis models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only unless otherwise specified.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines.
• Lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab gasoline models.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift of approximately 3.5" over stock; without Tremor the front lift is approximately 4.5".
• Rear lift provided by leaf spring expansion packs is approximately 2".
• Use up to 37" x 12.50" tires; larger tires may fit but will likely require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 6 mm.
• Recommended wheel sizes (examples): 17x8.5" (5.0" backspace), 18x9" (5.25" backspace), 20x9" (5.25" backspace).
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, the install also requires part number 611081.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
