ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 4.5" suspension system provides a substantial front lift while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. Designed for on-road driving, towing, job-site duty, and more aggressive off-road use, the system combines dual-rate coil springs, a 4-link front kit, remote-reservoir performance shocks, and heavy-duty rear components for a complete, tested suspension solution.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD gasoline models.
• Front Lift: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs deliver 4.5" front lift (stock vehicles; variation with Tremor package noted below).
• Coil Spring Design: Dual-rate springs provide a softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• 4-Link Front System: Eliminates binding experienced with factory radius arms, maintains positive caster through articulation, and improves ride quality and steering behavior.
• Track Bar Solution: Fabricated track bar drop bracket centers the axle, reduces bump steer and road feedback, and an adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks: Remote-reservoir front and rear shocks with CDCV provide vehicle-specific tuning, increased oil volume and cooling, and improved resistance to damper fade.
• External Compression Adjustment: CDC Valves offer 10 settings of external compression damping adjustment.
• Steering Stabilizer: ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir improves steering damping and ground clearance versus smaller stabilizers.
• Rear Lift Components: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit rated for towing/hauling and aggressive off-road use.
• Ancillary Components: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines included.
• Durability & Finish: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components with corrosion resistant hard-anodized shock bodies and stainless hardware where specified.
• Serviceability: 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

Notes

• Fitment: Only fits 4WD models; does not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Rear Configuration: Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Tremor Package: Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have approximately 3.5" front lift over stock.
• Non-Tremor: Vehicles without the Tremor package will have approximately 4.5" front lift.
• Rear Ride Height: Rear is raised approximately 2" with the included rear blocks.
• Tire Fitment: Recommended up to 37" x 12.50" tires; larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications.
• Aftermarket Wheels: Recommended wheel offset approximately 6 mm (examples given for 17", 18", and 20" widths; verify fitment for specific wheels).
• Shocks: Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• ADAS: Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Engine Compatibility: Springs are rated for gasoline engine applications.
