ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 6 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 6 suspension system is engineered to lift 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD gasoline trucks while dramatically improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. Designed for on-road comfort, towing, job-site duty, and more aggressive off-road use, this complete system enables fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

The system combines ICON-engineered dual-rate 4.5" coil springs, a 4-link front suspension kit to eliminate articulation bind and maintain positive caster, and remote-reservoir ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with vehicle-specific tuning. Additional components include a fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar to correct bump steer and center the axle, dual opposing steering stabilizers, leaf spring expansion packs for 2" of rear lift, sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended brake lines. All fabricated components are CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed for durability and fitment.

• Fitment: 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline applications
• Front lift: 4.5" with dual-rate coil springs that provide a compliant initial rate and firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance
• Front travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock
• 4-Link system: Eliminates binding during articulation and maintains positive caster through the full range of travel
• Track bar: Drop bracket corrects track bar angle and bump steer; adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune; remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade
• Steering stabilizers: Dual opposing ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizers improve steering damping for larger tires
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide 2" of rear lift with improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engine applications.
• Lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab gasoline-equipped trucks and assume a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Tremor package: front lift is 3.5" with Tremor; 4.5" without Tremor.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, part number 611081 is also required.
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: approximately 6 mm; suggested wheel sizes include 17x8.5" (≈5" backspace), 18x9" (≈5.25" backspace), and 20x9" (≈5.25" backspace).
• Shocks are fully serviceable; reduction in rear spring rate may affect accuracy of onboard scales if equipped.
