This 4.5" Stage 5 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 trucks and improves ride quality, handling, and off-road capability while allowing larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The system is designed for on-road, towing, job-site, and more aggressive off-road use.

• 4.5" dual-rate coil springs tuned for gasoline engines provide a compliant initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and maintain proper caster and alignment with the OE radius arms.
• Track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar center the axle under the frame, reduce bump steer, and allow on-vehicle alignment fine tuning for improved handling.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir CDCV shocks (front and rear) are vehicle-spec tuned for improved handling and ride quality; remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist fade.
• ICON CDCV external adjustment provides 10 settings of compression damping via externally adjustable valves.
• ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer (piggyback reservoir) improves steering damping and helps control feedback from larger tires while improving ground clearance.
• Leaf spring expansion packs provide 2" of rear lift with improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
• Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• High-quality construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant hard-anodized shock bodies and 7/8" shafts. Shocks are fully rebuildable and serviceable.
• Performance gains: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock and improved on-/off-road manners.
• Durability: Lifetime guarantee against spring breakage or sagging and against fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

Technical highlights

• Fitment: 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline applications.
• Front lift: 4.5" (3.5" with Tremor package).
• Rear lift: 2".
• Tire fitment: Use up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications).
• Recommended wheel offsets: 6 mm offset; common recommended sizes include 17x8.5, 18x9, and 20x9 with appropriate backspacing.

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines; lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab gasoline vehicles and are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, part number 611081 is also required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
