This 4.5" Stage 4 suspension system is engineered for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD gasoline models. It raises the front, improves ride quality and handling, and allows installation of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations for towing, on-road driving, and off-road use.

• Dual-rate 4.5" front coil springs — softer initial rate for on-road comfort with a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Leaf spring expansion packs — provide 2" of rear lift, improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks — vehicle-specific tune, increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use; corrosion-resistant hard-anodized bodies with 7/8" shafts; fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers — corrosion-resistant anodized bodies with 5/8" shafts; included as a dual opposing steering stabilizer kit to improve steering damping with larger tires.
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets — correct suspension geometry and maintain proper caster for alignment.
• Track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar — centers the axle under the frame, reduces bump steer and road feedback, and allows on-vehicle alignment adjustments.
• Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets — prevent bind after lift.
• Heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers and stainless steel braided/extended brake lines included for durability and safety.
• Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock for improved articulation.
• Shocks are serviceable and the system includes components that are tested and tuned as a complete package.
• Lifetime guarantees against spring breakage or sagging and against failure of fabricated components due to manufacturer defect.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Front lift is generally 4.5"; trucks equipped with the Tremor package have a front lift of 3.5".
• Rear lift is 2".
• Recommended tire size up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 6 mm.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, part number 611081 is also required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab gasoline models.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
