ICON 4.5" Stage 4 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD (Gas)

This 4.5" Stage 4 suspension system lifts and upgrades ride quality, handling, and load capacity while enabling larger, more aggressive tire and wheel combinations. Designed for on-road driving, towing, heavy-duty work, and aggressive off-road use, the system combines dual-rate coil springs, remote-reservoir shocks, and heavy-duty fabricated components for improved control and durability.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline models.
• Front lift: 4.5" (standard); 3.5" with Tremor package.
• Rear lift: Approximately 2".
• Coil springs: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs for a softer initial rate for ride comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune for improved handling and ride quality; remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling to resist fading under hard use.
• Steering stabilizers: ICON dual opposing 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers improve steering damping and reduce undesirable feedback from larger tires.
• Suspension geometry correction: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct geometry and caster; fabricated track bar drop bracket reduces track bar angle and bump steer; adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning.
• Rear lift hardware: Heavy-duty fabricated rear blocks and U-bolt kit designed for towing/hauling and off-road stresses.
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines.
• Construction: High-quality CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components.
• Performance gain: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock.
• Durability: Shocks feature corrosion-resistant hard-anodized bodies; 2.5 series have 7/8" shafts, 2.0 steering stabilizers have 5/8" shafts. Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.
• Wheel & tire recommendations: Fits OEM wheels & tires; recommended up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or other modifications). Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.0" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).

• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines.
• Lifts listed are based on 4WD crew cab gasoline trucks; Tremor-equipped trucks will have a 3.5" front lift over stock.
